This patient had worn a upper partial for many years and was not happy with the fit or look. The teeth were severely eroded and the gums were recessed, which can cause potential loss of teeth in the future. Dr Valenzi placed implants on the upper arch to replace the partial and then added crowns to cover the weakened teeth.
