> Do You Take My Insurance?

We are happy to assist you in filing your insurance.  We will make sure to include all necessary documentation, x-rays, charting and a doctor’s narrative.  Our patients pay for services that were provided.  We will bill your insurance company and they will send your reimbursement directly to you.

> How Much Will My Insurance Company Pay?

That’s a great question!  Insurance coverage differs greatly company to company.  We can send a pretreatment estimate at your request to your insurance company, however this is not a guarantee of payment.  We can provide you with a list of important questions you can ask your insurance company along with the American Dental
Association Codes that are specific for your treatment.  As the subscriber or policy owner, your insurance company has a contract with you to provide the information you desire.

> Can I Make Payments?

Yes!  Our office is set up with Care Credit!  Click on the Care Credit logo to go directly to their web site to find out all the different plans that they offer!

> Do You Have Evening Hours?

We offer one evening a week which enables patients some flexibility to work around their busy schedule.  On Thursdays we can schedule appointments as late as 5:30.  We also begin at 7:30 am Mondays and Tuesdays to allow patients to get in before work.
