If you are looking to recieve free dental care at our office, please call this special number -386- 761-6800. Please do not call our main office number.  They will direct you back to this number.   There you will hear instructions on how to be entered for a drawing for an appointment.  The next Free Dental Day is scheduled for Saturday November 19th, 2011.  No money is needed.  No income verification is required. You will need to come to the office and be present for the 7:30am drawings for appointment slots.  We primarily perform one visit treatments such as extractions, fillings, cleanings and sealants. We will review your medical history,  and only treat patients we can safely treat.  If you know you need premedication because of heart disease, or joint replacement, be sure to get and take the proper premedication from your physician.
