• CEREC Crowns – By offering CEREC Crowns, a 1 visit crown, you won’t have to wear a temporary crown and you don’t have to return in 3 weeks to have the real crown seated. The CEREC Crown is an all porcelain crown that is made in the office and seated on the prep appointment.

• Sedation Options – For patients with dental fears we also offer sedation options. This allows patients to do as much treatment per visit as possible in a very relaxed state. The sedation options are: Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas), Halcion – an oral sedation taken 1 hour prior to your appointment, and IV Conscious Sedation. When using Halcion or IV Sedation our patients very seldom remember their dental appointment. With all sedation options you’ll leave your appointment happy!

• Laser Gum Disease Treatment – If you have severe perio (gum) disease and have been told you need traditional gum surgery – you have another option! Dr. Valenzi is able to treat gum disease with a Perio Laser, known as LANAP Therapy. When having LANAP therapy, there is no cutting and no sutures, and the full mouth treatment can be done in just one visit! LANAP significantly reduces healing time with dramatic healthy results.

• 3D X-Rays – The PreXion 3D Image is an advanced X-Ray that provides more detailed information and a complete view of your mouth. In some cases, this allows Dr. Valenzi & Dr. McDonnell to detect dental problems in the early stages or to find problems that would not be seen on traditional X-Rays. Dr. Valenzi & Dr. McDonnell can present patients with a more accurate treatment plan without the need for uncomfortable “in the mouth x-rays.” The PreXion 3D machine reduces the radiation amount by 95% and has a scan time of less than 1 minute.
