In my last post I showed you our “report card” – the results of a survey we send out to our patients. I am very proud of those numbers – they are the result of a lot of hard work on the part of my team. We have a lot of very pleased patients.
But the numbers don’t tell the whole story. We get comments back on some (not all) of our survey respondents. Now patients can use this opportunity to complain – and believe me I want to know all about those complaints so we can correct problems – but what blows me away is how people will take the time to write such kind things. We always review the comments at each daily meeting to see how we are doing.
I want to thank you all for giving us words of encouragement.
Well here is a sample of 15 consecutive, unedited (except for erasing the patient’s last name), undeleted comments:
I’m infortunately on a budget. My question is whether dental insurance is
financially beneficial? There’s my husband (62) and myself (55). Until August 09 we had Delta Dental but have let it lapse
due to expense but I’m afraid to skip our six month cleanings.
Any experience with dental plans vs your service costs would be appreciated.
Thank you
Nancy
